Our Story
Quietly building Johannesburg's finest homes since 1982.
Raycon was established in 1982, specialising in alterations and additions in the domestic housing market. In 1988, we moved into the construction of quality homes and alterations in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg.
The majority of our contracts have been built in suburbs such as Dainfern, Dainfern Valley, Fourways Gardens, Broadacres, Waterfall Estate and Bryanston. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent personalised customer service, good value for money, and the construction of new homes within the prescribed time constraint.
Our project capacity is between 5 and 7 projects at a time - depending on size and complexity - ensuring every client receives the attention and dedication their build deserves.

Director & Project Manager
Stephen leads Raycon Developments as Director and Project Manager, overseeing every project from inception to completion. His hands-on approach and decades of experience in residential construction ensure that every Raycon home meets the company's exacting standards.
